Music, Yoga, Magic! Join Andrea Bogart and Kevin Paris for an unforgettable Yoga & Live Music class at Yoga Community 10/26/2018 FRIDAY Evening 7:30-9PM. Andrea will guide us through an energizing, deep & soulful 90 minute practice while Kevin serenades us to the sweet sounds of artists like Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Bob Marley, Tom Petty, Oasis, the Chainsmokers, Bob Dylan, Jack Johnson, Ed Sheeran, The Beatles.
Science has shown that yoga, music and human connection can shift our physiology in powerful ways that restore harmony, reduce stress, stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, boost endorphins and facilitate healing. Let's jump into Autumn and kick off Halloween week with a Yoga flow + Live Music with the uber charming and talented T-Luke of T-Luke & The Tight Suits—Sunday, October 28th at 11AM-12PM. Enjoy complimentary water from @park121cafegrill with your ticket purchase. We will have Lesley Giovanelli of Little Om Yoga joining us for this event so bring the kids... ages 5-11 will be on the lawn while adults (ages 12 and up) are welcome in the barn. This Vinyasa, all-levels yoga flow will start promptly at 11:00AM for 60min accompanied by live music (T-Luke is such a talent, local here in Sonoma we are lucky to have). Andrea will offer modifications and challenges to accommodate various levels.
